T he man expresses complaints about parking fee has increased. For last year, students have to pay thirty bucks for parking permission cost. But now, parking permission fee is fifty bucks. So, he thinks that it is shocking, because of that is too expensive. And, he argues that it is not fair, for faculty staffs are free, but students have to pay for parking.
Another complaint is fact that parking lot has enough space for park. So, he thinks that campus parking lot doesn’t need to be expanded. His opinion is the campus shouldn’t expand the parking space with student’s money. The man thinks that it is not reasonable.

Jae-Hyoung. Overall your score would likely receive a 3. One thing to consider is your intonation. While your pronunciation is clear, you would be smart to put stress on certain words that need to be stressed. I'll talk to you more about this in class. Additionally, there are some grammatical errors that need to be looked at as well. Grammar is something that takes a long time to improve on, and while I don't expect you to be perfect (and neither does TOEFL), your grammar as is, makes it hard to understand some of what you are saying and therefor affects your Topic Development. Still, you did convey a lot of relevant information that the man expressed which may be enough to earn you a 3. Below are some of my corrections to your Question Three script:
T he man expresses his complaints about announcement that stated the student parking fee has increased. Last year, students had to pay thirty bucks for the cost of a parking permit. But now, the parking permit fee is fifty bucks. So, he thinks that it is shocking because that is too expensive. And, he argues that it is not fair, for faculty staffs are free, but students have to pay for parking.
Another complaint the man has is the fact that the parking lot already has enough space. So, he thinks that the campus parking lot doesn’t need to be expanded. His opinion is that the campus shouldn’t expand the parking lot with students' money. The man thinks that it is not reasonable.
